Whole Class Aggregation Sheet
In order to assess students learning throughout our investigation, Ms. Schwall and I created a whole class aggregation sheet. On this sheet, the standards from each of our lessons is listen and marks under each student represent how well they were able to accomplish this standard. The X represents that the student mastered the standard. The / represents that the student is at an introductory level. If there is no marking under the student, that means we were unable to observe whether the student was able to complete and master the standard. |

Whole Class Pre/Post Data Sheet
At the conclusion of our investigation, Ms. Schwall and I created a chart that shows students growth. As can be seen in the chart, many students were able to accomplish the standards by the end of our investigation. The results for each standard vary as some had higher results than the others. |
Annotated Check Sheet
Throughout our investigation, Ms. Schwall and I also created a check sheet that allowed us to record various anecdotal records, pictures, and work samples to use as evidence of students learning. We used various types of assessments in order to gain better results and analyze students learning and progress.

Kindergarten Readiness Checklist
In addition to the other assessments throughout our investigation, Ms. Schwall and I completed a kindergarten readiness checklist. We did this towards the beginning of our investigation. This checklist helped us determine what concepts and skill students needed more experience with. We used this as a pre-assessment tool throughout our investigation. This is also a very helpful tool in determining what skills and concepts students need to master before being prepared for kindergarten.
